Modify the Audubon Connecticut Fund In-Lieu Fee (ILF) Program Instrument
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: The New England District (NAE) of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) has received a request to modify the Audubon Connecticut Fund In-Lieu Fee (ILF) Program Instrument with the addition of two (2) potential ILF mitigation projects pursuant to 33 CFR 332, Compensatory Mitigation for Losses of Aquatic Resources (Federal Register: April 10, 2008, effective June 9, 2008). The purpose of this public notice is to solicit comments from the public regarding the proposed ILF program instrument modification for the addition of the potential mitigation projects as described below.
