The applicant is requesting a DA permit to construct a new 96 slip recreational marina where all structures will be in place permanently. Work will consist of installing a 45-foot by 10-foot access pier and a 30-foot by 32-foot platform, as reconstructing the existing 70-foot by six-foot access pier and 60-foot by 10-foot fishing pier. The new access pier and platform will be supported with 48 12-inch diameter timber piles, and the rebuilt fishing pier will be supported with 10 12-inch diameter timber piles. Within the marina basin, 94 floating dock sections will be installed and supported by 52 12-inch diameter steel piles.
