Filing a Complaint

If as an employee or applicant, you believe you have been discriminated against in any aspect of federal employment because of your race, color, religion, sex (including sexual harassment), sexual orientation, age, national origin, physical/mental disability, genetic information or reprisal, contact an EEO counselor or the EEO Office within 45 calendar days of the alleged incident or when you gained knowledge of the alleged incident
