The following technical resources have been developed to help applicants identify, delineate, and assess aquatic resources within the New England District.  These field manuals and guides outline evidence-based, research-backed methods designed to support professional judgment in a consistent, robust, and repeatable manner.  These user-friendly tools offer rapid, unified procedures for evaluating aquatic resources with enhanced accuracy and efficiency.  The resulting documentation facilitates more effective project reviews and enables greater transparency on Regulatory Program decisions.
