Published Oct. 12, 2015

CONCORD, Mass. A project to renovate the Forward Maintenance Shop 4 in Hillsborough, New Hampshire, will be completed under the terms of a $1,074,336.00 contract issued recently by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New England District.

Work will be accomplished by Ironclad Services, Inc., of Springfield, Mass. The contract was awarded on Sept. 24, 2015.

This project consists of renovation of the Forward Maintenance Shop (FMS) 4 at the New Hampshire Army National Guard Facility in Hillsborough. Renovations include architectural, civil, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work required to update restroom facilities to become ADA compliant and install new HVAC equipment.

This project will be constructed while the FMS 4 facility is fully occupied and in use, and phasing of the work will be required by the contractor to allow continued use of office space and work bays in the structure.

The project will be managed by the Corps of Engineers and all work will be accomplished under the supervision of a Corps of Engineers Quality Assurance Representative to assure compliance with contract requirements.
