Corps of Engineers awards $356,433 contract for the operation, maintenance of CRREL water treatment plant

CONCORD, Mass. Operation and Maintenance of the Water Treatment Plant at the Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory (CRREL) in Hanover, New Hampshire, will be completed under the terms of a $356,433.16 contract recently awarded by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New England District.

 

Work will be accomplished by M2 Electric LLC, of Mine Hill, New Jersey. The contract was awarded on May 7, 2014.

 

The contractor will operate and maintain the Water Treatment Plant and the Sub-slab Depressurization Systems in the Childcare Development Center, the Main Laboratory Pilot (including the sub-basement), and the Multi-Purpose Room area.

 

The project will be managed by the Corps of Engineers and all work will be accomplished under the supervision of a Corps’ Quality Assurance Representative to assure compliance with contract requirements.
