CONCORD, Mass. – Paving of a portion of the north entry road of the Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory (CRREL) in Hanover, N.H., will be completed under the terms of a $123,250.00 contract recently awarded by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New England District.
Work will be accomplished by Blacktop, Inc., of West Lebanon, N.H. The contract was awarded on Sept. 23, 2013. Construction is scheduled to take approximately 90 days to complete from the date of receipt of the notice to proceed.
The contract provides for all labor, materials and equipment for improvements to a portion of the north entry road to the Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory in Hanover.
The project will be managed by the Corps of Engineers and all work will be accomplished under the supervision of a Corps of Engineers’ Quality Assurance Representative to assure compliance with contract requirements.
