CONCORD, Mass. – The Massachusetts Department of Fish and Game (DFG) In-Lieu Fee (ILF) Program is seeking pre-proposals for aquatic resource restoration, enhancement and/or preservation projects.
Eligible applicants include Massachusetts cities, towns, academic institutions, certified 501 (c)(3) non-profit organizations, and other public entities. See the Request for Pre-Proposals (RFP) document for additional details on eligibility as well as available funding and priorities for each of the ILF Program Service Areas.
The RFP document includes a pre-proposal application form. Pre-proposals will be reviewed and evaluated by the Massachusetts DFG, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New England District, and the Massachusetts ILF Program Interagency Review Team to determine eligibility for ILF funds and to identify and prioritize projects to bring forward to a full proposal stage.
