The proposed work involves the placement of fill material in a total of 53,238 square feet (1.22 acres) of wetlands adjacent to an unnamed tributary to Potash Brook in conjunction with the construction of an integrated, pedestrian-oriented, mixed commercial and residential growth area that will function as a "City Center" in South Burlington, Vermont.
