The District Engineer has received a permit application to conduct work in waters of the United States from THIMBLE ISLAND OCEAN FARM, LLC, 315 FRONT STREET, CONNECTICUT 06513. This work is proposed in waters of Long Island Sound in an area identified as the Thimble Islands on NOAA Chart 12373 offshore of the Village of Stony Creek and will physically abut the existing aquaculture farm .
