SUBJECT: Announcement of the upcoming U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New England District (USACE) outreach events regarding implementation of the Nationwide Permit Program in New England.
PURPOSE: USACE is holding in-person outreach events in each New England state to inform our agency partners, the general public, applicants, and consultants about the New England District’s planned implementation of the Nationwide Permits (NWPs), application procedures, and the transition from the currently used Regional General Permits.
