The Town of Falmouth, MA has submitted a permit application to conduct work in Bournes Pond/Vineyard Sound. The work will consist of dredging and discharge of dredged material to widen the pond's inlet channel to increase tidal flushing. About 11,000 cubic yards of sand will be used as nourishment
