The University of Massachusetts Boston, has submitted an application for proposed work in Savin Hill Cove of Dorchester Bay. The work involves the removal of existing permitted structures below the mean high water mark and their replacement with an expanded boating facility to accommodate increased recreational usage by UMASS Boston and surrounding community.
