25 projects have applied for funding through New Hampshire’s In-Lieu Fee program, the Aquatic Resource Mitigation Fund. The sponsor for the program is the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services. The program serves as an alternative form of compensation for impacts to aquatic resources authorized by the New England District Army Corps of Engineers and/or the DES. These projects were submitted in response to the 2016 Request for Pre-Proposals and approved for development of full proposals to be considered for funding.
