The District Engineer has received a permit application to conduct work in waters of the United States from Conrad H. & Janice M. Roy. This work is proposed in Mattapoisett Harbor at 56 Ocean Drive, Mattapoisett, Massachusetts. The proposed project is the construction of a shore outhaul system below the mean high water mark in to order provide access to deep water to anchor.
