This public notice is to share with the public the annual report on Maine’s In Lieu Fee (ILF) program entitled, "Maine Natural Resource Conservation Program – January 1, 2014 – December 31, 2014." The report was submitted by the Maine Department of Environmental Protection through its administrator, The Nature Conservancy-Maine, to the Corps of Engineers on December 1, 2015. The program serves as an alternative form of compensation for impacts to aquatic resources resulting from work authorized by the New England District Army Corps of Engineers (Corps) and/or the State of Maine Department of Environmental Protection.
