The District Engineer has received a permit application from the Maine DoT to place permanent and temporary filI below the ordinary high water line of the East Machias River and in adjacent freshwater wetlands at East Machias, ME in order to facilitate the replacement of the existing deteriorated Jacksonville Bridge (Route 191).
