The District Engineer has received a permit application to discharge dredged and/or fill material into waters of the United States from Ms. Maria Rose, Environmental Engineer, City of Newton Department of Public Works, 1000 Commonwealth Avenue, Newton Centre, Massachusetts. Based upon this application, the project area includes the City Hall Ponds, as well as the Cold Springs and Hammond Brook culverts (upgradient tributaries)
