The District Engineer has received a permit application to conduct work in waters of the United States for the Seacoast Reliability Project from Public Service Company of New Hampshire d/b/a Eversource Energy, Inc., in Hookset, New Hampshire. This work is proposed in wetlands and waters between the Madbury Substation to the Portsmouth Substation, New Hampshire.
