USACE New England hereby issues General Permits for activities subject to their jurisdiction of the US including navigable waters, withing boundaries of the State of Vermont. These GPs will provide protection to the aquatic environment and the public interest while effectively authorizing activities that have no more than minimal individual and cumulative adverse environmental effects.
