Jo-Ann Albanese has submitted a permit application to construct a new, private, non-commercial, non-rental, single-boat mooring in Mill Cove, located in Wickford Harbor, N. Kingstown, RI. Ms. Albanese has proposed a preferred location as well as an alternate location for placement of a mushroom mooring and associated equipment.
