Palmers Cove Yacht Club of Salem, MA has submitted a permit application to conduct maintenance dredging in Salem Harbor with disposal in the MA Bay Disposal Site. The purpose is to retain, maintain and expand pile supported floats and piers in a new designated reconfiguration zone to allow for the movement of structures as needed.
