The Maine Department of Environmental Protection has received 14 projects for consideration under The Maine Natural Resources Conservation Program. The program serves as an alternative form of compensation for impacts to aquatic resources authorized by the New England District Army Corps of Engineers and/or the Department of Environmental Protection. The projects were submitted in response to a Request for Proposals issued in July 2016.
