The District Engineer has received a permit application to conduct work in waters of the United States from Clear River Energy, LLC, of Chicago, Illinois and the Narragansett Electric Company d/b/a/ National Grid (TNEC) of Waltham, Massachusetts. The work is proposed in various waters and wetlands in which the mainstay of the project is located south of Wallum Lake Rd, in Burrillville, Rhode Island.
