The District Engineer has received a permit application to conduct work in waters of the United States from Jackson Woods Investment, LLC, in Rutland, Massachusetts. This work is proposed in non-tidal wetlands in an underdeveloped, forested parcel on Union Street in Holden, Massachusetts.
