Cape Cod Canal Bridge Alerts for Bourne and Sagamore Bridges

Bourne Bridge Repairs

The next phase of  the Bourne Bridge repair work starts today, April 17, 2019.  Sidewalk access to cross the bridge will remain closed for approximately 2 ½ weeks for safety reasons. Travel lanes are reduced to one lane of traffic in each direction and no wide loads are permitted to cross the bridge.

Our contractor is working General work area at Pier 4 location looking south.on Bourne Bridge7 days a week with multiple shifts to get as much work done as possible prior to the peak summer travel seasons. Every effort is being made to complete this work expeditiously.
