Snyder-Braverman Development Co., of Shelbourne, VT, has submitted a permit application to conduct work in wetlands along Market Street in South Burlington, VT. The work will involve placement of fill in wetlands adjacent to Potash Creek in conjunction with a mixed residential-commercial "City Center" project.
