CONCORD, Mass. – A Change of Command ceremony will be held on Friday, July 29, 2011, in Boston, Mass., to mark the passing of command authority of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New England District from District Commander Col. Philip T. Feir to the new District Commander Col. Charles P. Samaris.
