Special events that have been held at Blackwater include:

• Boy scout or girl scout camping
• Weddings
• Triathlons
• Kayaking or canoe racing
• Fire department or EMT rescue training sites
• Fishing Derbies
  
   

If you are interested in holding a special event, you may apply in writing 60-days in advance. There is a fee for special events, and the amount depends on the event. Contact us for more information.
