Visitors to Buffumville Lake and all U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' properties are bound by Title 36, "Rules and Regulations Governing Public Use of Corps of Engineers Water Resource Development Projects". Violations of the rules are subject to citation or mandatory court appearance.
