Public Notices

Public Notices are available by individual state in which they pertain to, or you may select to view all notices issued by the New England District. Click the applicable state name or View Entire List, to access the listing of your choice.

Electronic Mailing List. A weekly email to those on our public notice mailing list notifying them of the Public Notices for that week that have been posted to this site. To get on our Public Notice Mailing List, email bettina.m.chaisson@usace.army.mil.

Viewing Current Public Notices. You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your PC to view the files. If you don't have it, you may download it free from www.adobe.com. To download the file to your PC, right-click on the permit application number link, then select "Save Target As" from the menu. Non-specific and/or administrative special public notices issued by the New England District's Regulatory Branch will be listed as well. These special public notices solicit comments on a special issue or provide information to the public, such as changes to our regulations and policies, restricted areas, emergency permitting requirements, etc.

How to send comments. To send email comments to the respective Project Manager, or contact the Regulatory Branch, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New England District, 696 Virginia Road, Concord, MA 01742-2751. Comments made in reference to a Public Notice should include your name, address, and phone number. Please be sure to include the Public Notice Number or the Application Number on all correspondence to the District.
