NAE-2015-00699 - 8/29/2017: The City of Beverly has submitted a permit application to conduct maintenance dredging in the Bass River.  Additional work includes storm water improvements, removal of storm sediment, shoreline cleanup and revetment construction at Bass Haven Yacht Club.

NAE-2004-02293 - 8/29/2017: The Marshfield Yacht Club has submitted a permit application to conduct dredging in the South River and to construct and maintain additional finger floats in the river. Reuse of the dredged material is proposed as beach renourishment for Rexhanne Beach.

NAE-2017-00395 - 8/22/2017: Seabrook Development Associates, LLC has submitted a permit application to conduct work in multiple non-section 10 wetlands, streams and pond located in Seabrook, NH.  The work involves construction of 128, 955 sq ft of retail space, parking spaces, access ways and stormwater management.

NAE-2017-01513 - 8/22/2017: The New Hampshire Department of Transportation has submitted a permit application to conduct work along a 2.8 mile stretch of NH Route 12 and involves placing 6.3 acres of permanent fill in the Connecticut River.

New Hampshire General Permits - 8/21/2017: USACE announces issuance of the New Hampshire General Permits for minimal impact projects.  These general permits are effective 18 August 2017 and continue the expedited review process for activities subject to USACE jurisdiction within the boundaries of New Hampshire.
