Hoey, III to AUTHORIZE AND RETAIN PREVIOUSLY PLACED FILL associated with the reconstruction and elevation of town roadways identified as Tuttles Point Road, Old Quarry Road and Chaffinch Island Road in the Town of Guilford, Connecticut.
