Suspending Nationwide Permits in New England

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is reissuing and modifying 12 existing Nationwide Permits (NWPs) and issuing four new NWPs as stated in the Federal Register published on January 13, 2021, and located at https://www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/FR-2021-01-13/pdf/2021-00102.pdf. The changes will go into effect on March 15, 2021.
