The District Engineer has received a request for an amendment to the Ducks Unlimited, Inc., Vermont In-lieu Fee Program Instrument to establish the Guildhall In-lieu Fee Site to compensate for wetlands impacts in the Connecticut River Service area the west side of U.S. Route 2 in Guildhall, Vermont.
