The town of North Kingstown, RI, has submitted a permit application to conduct work in the coastal waters of North Kingstown. The purpose is to provide moorings in the area is generally known as the West Passage of Narragansett Bay from Saunderstown, RI to the Potowomut River, including Allen Harbor and Wickford Harbor.
